Will Jacobs

Will Jacobs, has spent his career in general management, strategy, operations and supply chain roles in the e-commerce and chemicals industries.

Will is the Founder and Managing Partner of LeadToSuccess, a bespoke Advisory, Coaching and Training firm based in Maastricht, The Netherlands. Will is a strategist who advises leaders to become authorities in their respective industries.

Will served as the Chief Supply Chain Officer, EVP and Member of the Board at Cimpress, an e-commerce leader in mass-customization of printed materials such as marketing collateral, signage, and promotional products.

Before joining Cimpress, Will served as Vice President of Operations Industrial Adhesives EMEA of Henkel, a global solution provider for adhesives, sealants, and coatings. Will also served in a number of leadership roles in Supply Chain, Operations and Health & Safety in the chemicals sector at National Starch & Chemicals and Unilever.

Will received an executive MBA at Henley College, and a Masters IT at De Montfort University. Will lives in Maastricht, Netherlands with his family.

Fred Lennox

Fred Lennox, Partner and Managing Director US. Has focused on delivering results within hyper-growth multinational Internet and Professional Services firms.

Fred has focused on developing computer integrated manufacturing capabilities that revolutionized printing using mass customization methods. Fred co-developed two start-up US technology services companies and has worked with authorities/companies in many sectors including Government, Banking, Pharmaceuticals and Automotive in a variety of roles in the US and Switzerland.

Fred served on the advisory board of emerging markets businesses in China, India and Japan. Orchestrating global manufacturing capabilities, leading enterprise business transformation, global software development teams, implementing organizational design strategy, managing services technology practices and general management.

Fred holds a B.A. in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and lives with his family in the Greater Boston Area.
